Shipping method and delivery dates

We offer you the following shipping options:

We strive to deliver your purchase within the following expected delivery times:

default: Delivery within 2 - 4 working days.
express: Delivery within 1-2 working days.
Delivery to the following working dayUnless the order has been received by 14:00.

Orders with shipping options "Express" are preferably treated and processed as soon as you enter our warehouse. Saturday, Sunday and holidays do not count as working days.

Pick up in the shop

For our Hamburg customers we can also offer "local pickup". When ordering, simply select our shop as a delivery address and your order is available within 4-6 hours after placing the order at the monastery star 2 for pickup.

Please pick up the goods ordered in the store within 7 working days after ordering with us. Unclaimed orders are automatically canceled and refunded.

Local delivery

Also we can offer the delivery by courier delivery in the Hamburg urban area. Please select courier delivery as a delivery option. The delivery can be made here within 2-6 hours within the Hamburg urban area.

Orders falling on a holiday will take place on the 2 days below. DHe shipment takes place from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 16:00 clock.

Shipping conditions

There are some remote regions where we can not guarantee delivery within the specified periods. Please contact the customer service if you suspect that you could be affected.

Upon delivery, a receipt is required. Please choose a secure delivery address to which someone is present who can accept the delivery to sign them. If nobody should be found, the parcel service is trying to submit the shipment with a neighbor or at a collection point and in this case he leaves a notification with all the important information.
